How long have you worked at Liberty Reach and what drew you to apply for the position?
“I have been fortunate to work at Liberty Reach for almost two years, where I have gained valuable experience and growth. Prior to joining Liberty Reach, I held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at a reputable mid-sized logistics company. However, when the time came for me to explore new opportunities, I realized my passion for the automation industry, knowing that it is the path towards the future.
Upon conducting thorough research, I discovered that Liberty Reach perfectly aligned with my aspirations, thanks to their groundbreaking vision technology and innovative approach. Their commitment to pushing the boundaries of technological advancements truly impressed me, and I felt an undeniable urge to be a part of this remarkable journey.
Naturally, I felt a mix of excitement and nerves during the interview process, as landing a position at Liberty Reach meant the world to me. Thankfully, the interview went exceedingly well, and today I find myself in a position that I couldn’t have envisioned elsewhere. Liberty Reach has become more than just a workplace—it has become my professional home, allowing me to thrive in an industry that I’m truly passionate about.”
What has been one of your favorite work projects so far as Director of Sales?
“As someone working in Sales, I don’t have one project that stands out. However, I have the privilege of engaging with numerous individuals on a regular basis. One aspect of my role that brings me immense joy is the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with people. Being able to visit various companies, establish rapport, and introduce them to our cutting-edge technology never fails to ignite my enthusiasm. Witnessing the reactions and expressions of awe from individuals when they witness the sheer impressiveness of our technology is undoubtedly one of the most rewarding moments for me.”
Do you have any memorable experiences at Liberty Reach that stand out?
“We encountered an unexpected emergency with one of our older systems deployed in the field. However, what unfolded next was nothing short of remarkable. Witnessing various departments seamlessly unite and swiftly implement a well-orchestrated plan to restore the customer’s operations and bring them back into production was truly awe-inspiring. It served as a shining example of teamwork in its purest form—an embodiment of collective effort yielding extraordinary results. In that moment, it became evident that when individuals collaborate harmoniously, the realization of shared goals becomes not only possible but also magnificent. Truly, teamwork is the catalyst that transforms dreams into reality.”
What are some of your favorite pastimes?
“I truly enjoy exploring new restaurants and playing basketball. Admittedly, I may occasionally dedicate an excessive amount of time to both activities, but they bring me tremendous joy and fulfillment. Indulging in a delectable meal accompanied by a meticulously crafted cocktail is an experience that I truly cherish. Equally, there is an unparalleled sense of camaraderie and exhilaration when I engage in a competitive game of basketball with my friends. There’s simply nothing quite like it—a perfect blend of physical activity, competition, and shared moments that leave me invigorated and content.”
